Created in 1972, this precious museum over the years has expanded its collections and has become a major structure in the Italian panorama museological. There are preserved stonework and artifacts made of bone, ceramics, pottery and metal, wherein the statement covers all stages of prehistoric culture.
It 'a unique museum that, starting from the conception that the climate has created man and his environment, exposes all the evolutionary leaps caused by climatic alternations occurred in geological time. While believing Darwinian axiom, goes far back in time, was far from the Precambrian cyanobacteria. Teaching is supported by audio-visual equipment (slides, video tapes, transparencies, etc..) showing all of our past. The original collection is open to all schools of all levels.
